An unfinished picture of Sophie Lancaster ([link]), a girl who I never met but who broke my heart, her death effects me so much, even now, exactly one year on.

I couldn't finish this picture for two reasons;

one, I would never do the girl justice no matter how much work I put into it

two, the grief was too much for me to bear anymore, I can not work on something that hurts so much.

I wanted to put up a tribute though on this, the anniversary of her death, so like her life, this is an incomplete piece of work, put to an end by tragedy.


My respects and eternal love to her family and friends, and my support to the charity in her name. I will always remember the girl I never got a chance to meet.
